FPL Assistant is a web application that provides tools, analytics, and AI-powered assistance for Fantasy Premier League players. Our Service includes:

  • Player projections and performance analytics
  • Fixture difficulty analysis and scheduling tools
  • Team management and transfer recommendations
  • AI-powered assistant for FPL strategy
  • Live scores and gameweek tracking
  • Mini-league standings and comparisons

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential

Our Service relies on data from the official Fantasy Premier League API and other third-party sources. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or any football clubs.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. The availability of certain features may depend on third-party services that are outside our control.

7. AI-Powered Features

Our Service includes AI-powered features that provide recommendations and analysis. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI recommendations are for informational purposes only
  • AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI recommendations
  • We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from following AI advice
  • AI features are subject to usage limits and may change without notice

8. Projections and Analytics Disclaimer

Player projections, expected points, and other analytics provided by our Service are estimates based on historical data and statistical models. These projections:

  • Are not guarantees of future performance
  • Should not be the sole basis for fantasy football decisions
  • May differ significantly from actual results
  • Are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy

Fantasy football involves inherent uncertainty, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FPL ASSISTANT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FPL Assistant and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your conduct in connection with the Service

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FPL Assistant operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FPL Assistant regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
